For those who have asked me throughout the years if I still had any of these, here you go. After moving some storage, I found a limited quantity of each issue - here are the covers and samples of what the inside looks like. These were in-depth interviews with some of the best underground Bay artists of our time. Email me offers to [email protected] if you are interested.
Issue 1 featured interviews with Cougnut (RIP), C-Fresh of IMP, 2-Illeven and San Quinn.
Issue 2 featured long interviews with UDI, Black-C, Cold World Hustlers, Woodie, ADR of Triple 6, Deco-D, Johnny Z and Young Dru.
Issue 3 was the memorial issue for Cougnut (RIP), it also had the last in-depth interview I did with him weeks before he passed - he discussed his album, thoughts on Bay rap and his desire to do another IMP album. The magazine also had a 2 page spread of previously unpublished Cougnut photos, as well as a long interview with Brotha Lynch and Siccmade ( they talk about Black Market, Mr. Doc, etc ), Baldhead Rick and the Groundhogz, Balance and Mr. Doctor.
Also, for those who have asked me in the past, I also found a few issues of our old comic book. If you love sick humor and Apt.3 artwork, this is a must for you ( by the way, that is a young DJ Mark7 getting his throat slit inside the real Apt.3 on the cover )
