i always was a fan of lil wayne in the early cash money days. but when carter dropped i was on some he sounds like jay-z shit, so i was like fuck wayne, bitin hella known rappers.

i could hear other mcs in waynes shit at the time...

but he stepped it up. to some lil wayne shit

I hella brushed off every single one of the Hat Buzz, the hat buzz (we own fie-uhh) until I heard Go DJ. now more and more they're all impressing me, even tho they ain't fucking with each other that much. manny fresh has become a talented ass producer too, I hella hated his "I only got a drum machine" ass beats before.....I think it was all juvenile's fault for coming out with "ha"

i was at art school when it came out, 1997 or 1998 on rap city
in a 1800 dollar a month, 4 roomate room.

i was like this is the worst rap song ever

fast forward the year 2000
i got into dj screw and then cash money

and i found out juveniles "400 degrees" was the dopest cash money album EVER, and a classic.

and "ha" was a great song.

it just took a few years.

shuttap defy, i never hated on wayne, i just didnt liek carter 1 or 2..and i still dont like it..but i like his old shit and squad mixtapes..im just admitting he still dosent suck. thats all.

i hated "ha," but after a year it came out, i grew into it.

and yes, 400 degrees is a classic...
