Fictionally set in near future Iraq you are given a $1,000,000 grant from the World Bank to set up an oil extracting operation.

Drill for oil, set up refining operations to sell or use to fuel your own personal army. Attack other player's base of operations or steal their Oil and Money.


If you join, join the casual server - for not so fierce game play and some breathing space to get used to the game.

I've been at it for about a week and a half and I'm now making like $10,000,000 per hour to reinvest in my economy and to build up my military.

Pretty simple, kinda like the nation states game, but with war and graphic based.

The casual server is free. I wouldn't pay for some shit like this.

You can pay for game credits to get yourself the ability to have lots of elite units, but there is no reason to.

I made the oil pumping things but they arent pumping any oil i got no more money haha

First things you need to build in this order:

1 of the inexpensive oil derrick – once you have more money you can build the big ones
1 of the oil storage tanks
1 distribution center
1 oil refinery

Build your oil derrick and oil refineries in spread out positions because people usually won’t attack those.

The storage tanks and distribution centers should be in position to have an outpost built next to them so you can start putting troops in there to keep off attacks.

Make sure you connect your oil derrick to the storage tanks and the distribution center to the storage tanks. Set your refinery to the storage tanks and pick a fuel type to refine the crude into.

I had all of that except the refinery cuz that shit was 125gs but look i made 3 of the small oil derricks, 1 storage tank, and 1 distribution center.

And it aint making me no money at all, i dunno wassup. I went into each of em and connected them to one another too.

Click on your HQ and make sure the money isn't in there.

Also click on the combat messages to make sure no one attacked you and stole your money.

Is there any crude in your storage tanks? That would show you if the derricks were pumping to it.

A step by step guide to get your empire off on the right foot:

1) Build 3 Oil Pumping Stations
2) Upgrade the Distribution Center to level 2
3) Upgrade 2 Oil Pumping Stations to level 2
4) Upgrade the Storage Tank to level 2
5) Build 3 Refineries.
a. Set the Storage Tank to sell only gasoline.
6) Upgrade distribution center to level 3
7) Build 4th Refinery
a. Set the Storage Tank to sell only jet fuel.
8) Upgrade Storage Tank to level 3
9) Upgrade 3rd Oil Pumping Station to level 2
10) Upgrade all 4 refineries to level 2.
11) Upgrade all 4 refineries to level 3
12) Upgrade the Distribution Center to level 4
13) Upgrade a level 2 Oil Pumping Station to level 3
14) Upgrade Storage Tank to level 4
15) Upgrade all 4 refineries to level 4
16) Upgrade Distribution Center to level 5
17) Upgrade all 4 refineries to level 5
18) Upgrade all Oil Pumping Stations to level 4


The first time you get up in the morning and have $50 Million, buy a stadium. Use the money generated from it to max out your existing jet lines. Buy a second stadium. Then a third. Once it costs more to build a new stadium than it does to upgrade one you already have, then make upgrading your first stadium your first priority.
