This just means northern Chicano misic has become worldwide, artists will benefit from this and collectors will have competition buying CDs since most Japanese fans will pay top dollar for even the shittiest of titles. I am pretty sure that the majority of homeboys don't even support our artists, the Japanese will pick up the slack.
