My Royals handled the much hyped Angels over the weekend. Good to see the youngest team in baseball get off to a good start for 2012. I know Royals don't get respect in MLB, and it's much deserved, but this young squad has some serious ball players on it. Eric Hosmer, Billy Butler, Mike Moustakas, Lorenzo Cain, Gordon, etc.....Pitching we got Hoch, Sanchez, Duffy, Chen, Mendoza..........I am really hoping we can compete this year. It's going to be tough to win the division because the Detroit Tigers got a BEAST of a squad.

The ALL-STAR game is in Kansas City this year. And YES, I got 2 Strips for the whole event already!! I just hope we can get a position player in this year.

LET'S GO ROYALS!!!

They have released them to the Public. But they only did it for a "lottery" where you had to sign up on their website and try to win a
"spot" to purchase tickets. THat's how I was able to get mine. I won a spot to purchase tickets, so I was able to get 2 strips.

Good luck though. You might have to come off some serious cheese and get some from a Scalper.

Yea I read that about Francour sending those pizzas. He said, people take baseball way to serious if they think those fans are a problem. I thought he was 100% correct. I love getting rowdy at Royals games.....

The Royals do not deserve it. Not even two weeks into the season and they've already found ways to Royal it up.

I would man, but I am a fan. I went to the game last night and it was a really good game.

The thing that pisses me off at Gordon is that he always watches that last "close" strike go right by and get's mad when he doesn't get the call! It pisses me of because right now with me coaching my son's 13u baseball team, I ALWAYS tell them......" you got 2 strikes PROTECT the PLATE!"

And Gordon acts like he has never heard that before. We had bases loaded, game 3-2 in bottom of 9th and he just watches the ball go right by him! And to top it all of it was the 2nd time he did that last night!!!

Its so irritating watching all these teams come into our "pitcher" friendly park and jack HRs out of it due to our lack of pitching year n' and year out.


It always seems to be the little fuckin' guys that rock em' with ease too. The only way we'll ever get some real legit major league pitching is by drafting it ourselves because you know we won't be getting any of the top tier free agent ones.



Baseball is broken.
