So I was watching Raw tonight, and the jackass Gumball Rally episode on MTV... I was switching back and forth and saw the end of this very local, very low budget commercial where this guy is saying "If you hear my shit you'll sign me".. This was on MTV 55 in NY at like 9:27...

That's some cool shit. His music isn't the hottest but it's not too bad. Thought you guys would like the commercials since it's kind of like the old FTI days. Sorta...

You can check the rest of the commercials at his messy myspace....

And I'm not spamming, I don't know this dude... just thought it was kind of funny.

Edit: I just checked out "we gettin money" from his myspace... not too bad. He's got some good tracks.. lol.

That is creative marketing. At least he is trying to get out there. I'm sure even if the labels don't like his music they will respect him for trying something that others aren't trying to get attention.

That is creative marketing.QUOTE] What was so creative about this? Dude was boring with nothing entertaining to say and where is the music. He's an artist right, so sell us on what you actually do.

Maybe dude is starting his shit and thought buying a Comcast Searchlight spot would be best, or maybe begging for a record deal on tv is the quickest way to loose any credibility he had.

So your saying you'd prefer to hear IM DA BEST, BAWSE, GREATEST RAPPER ALIVE comments over a different form of advertising? Get the fuck outta here, its single track minds like yours that hold ANYTHING, including what sells to shitty standards.
