Scoob didnt have solo work...your correct there but he was in a group WITH Tech. Kutt did solo shit for Mass Akres. Krizz didnt do solo shit but Tech requested him to do a shit ton of hooks. I dont think 2 songs is enough to justify signing somebody. The 3 you names all had fucked with Tech quite a bit before being signed and in Kutts situation had a solo music before hand.

There's another song for you, and two more verses, all three songs have been released. That's on top of his two verses on the Collabos albums. Take into account too, his album wasn't released to the public (or so it's said), but that doesn't mean he didn't had off a demo copy of it to someone in Strange and they heard that, or some other material could have been heard by the people that would be doing the signing.

Besides, there's a reason Tech gave dude a call when it came time to do both Collabos albums. It's not as if he's some random dude that thought it would be cool to record a verse over Slacker or some shit and through out that "sign me" line.

Give Salute was on Panic's Madcell Mixtape which he put up on his site for free back in 2006. PanicMusic.com was his website...
