That is a true statement if you are talking only BLACK hoods.
There are MEXICAN hoods all over other parts, particularly Eastern WA (Yakima, Pasco), but also pockets in Boise and eastern OR.
And if you want to get into Asian or White or whatever, those are out here too, but typically they don't produce hip-hop the way black hoods do, so I get what you're implying here.
