Hookers are legal in brothels, which you can find basically everywhere. St.Pauli, which is a district of Hamburg, is like a huuge track. Brothels, hour hotels, street hookers and strip clubs everywhere. I've never been to a brothel/hooker because, like you already guessed, a lot of girls in Germany are freaks, and im neither ugly, nor very rich, nor desperate enough to hit up hookers. And if you're not into white girls, there is a wide range of pussu from all over the world/Europe, especially in cities like Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf etc..
