All them good grapes floating around the state of california. Its their choice and fighters should know better if you want to fight ease up on the chronic til after the fights over then fire away. The California State Athletic Commission hands out lenient fines and suspensions, if you get caught once dont get caught again. If they are gonna test they should test whether he comes into the fight or the day of the fight smoked out. Its kind of irrelevent if a fighter has had it in his system for 30days.

I WONDER IF THEY GOT A LICENSE SAYING IT WAS FOR AN INJURY OR SOMETHING WOULD HELP. MOST PEOPLE TESTED DIRTY FOR WEED. WHAT A TRIP.

Cesar actually made a post on Sherdog denoucing having smoked and said he tried to get it appealed when it came up but they told him not to worry about it since he wasn't fighting anymore.
