Nuclear war possible in our lifetime?

The globalists call the Cold War WWIII. They are called the War on Terrorism/Global War on Terrorism/The Long War/whatever they call this week WWIV.
But I certainly hope not. Although the current crop of criminal nut jobs in power has been itching to nuke someone for at least 20 years. And now with the US looking to start building new "bunker-buster nukes" and with it's "civilian safe" (!) low-yield (< 5 kiloton) mini-nukes we may see them used in warfare again. If the US ever does invade/attack Iran there WILL be a new World War. It can also be argued that both Iraq wars and Afganistan could be called nuclear due to the MASSIVE amounts of radiation having contaminated the region FOR LIFE due to the United States' use of DU.

Not trying to argue over a moot point that it seems we both agree on, but TGWOT is very similar to the Cold War in that they both wars were against idealism and neigher have a tangable "enemy". Which is why usually the cold war was thought of as WWIII and this "new" war is being thought of as WW4. I had thought I'd read a quote of Bush also calling the current farse WW4 but I can't seem to find so I must be mistaken.

Within 20-30, yes I would agree. It's very fucking possible...Actually, it's quite probable. I'd say 75% chance of it happening before 30 years and a 50% chance it happens before 20 years goes by...
However, with Bush saying that the flight taken down by passengers on 9-11 being the "first counterstrike in WW3" I think there's a good chance we are ALL fucked.

And since there is a war on terror going on, and terror supposedly is ALL over the world...it is a world war, and Bush probably let it slip then had a good PR person cover his ass. Our country is always at war--at least, they are always killing people somewhere....This time, the playing field is the planet, not part of a single continent.

Cold War wasnt WW3, wasnt enough countries involve and war on terror that aint WW4 either, which country/countries is enemy then. All it is really just a few people that take shit to serious and some people who dont even think for themself, like some1 put that america is da enemy in the bible that is straight bullshit. I would wanna know how they think god say its ok 2 kill.

Although there are several politicians and Bush cabinet members who would like to nuke Iran, it in all likelyhood won't happen. Cause if it did Iran would immediately strike Isreal and our troops in Iraq and Russia and China would immediately strike the US as well, thus WWIII.
A lot of geo-political figures use the term WWIII to describe the Cold War and so some have begun to call TGWOT WW4. But as I said in my previous post both terms are just semantics. And as heresy has linked to Bush has gone on record to call TGWOT WW3.
Hopefully the sane politicians (those of them left/not paid off) won't let anything escalate to WW status again. The amount of money spent on wars in just the last 50 years could have paid for every person to have a harvard level education or we could of colonized the Moon or Mars. Its such a waste.
