The thing is, that anti-black female statement was said two or three years ago. That chick Julia Beverly released it b/c she n Fab had some beef poppin off. So no that statement wasn't about attention. I agree, it was a dumb ass thing to say. But honestly, what damage did Tre Mak do? The song was cool, but nobody really cares about a Mistah Fab diss track. Especially by a relatively unknown rapper.
