well since you wanna goder fuck it , talent dont mean shit, talent is training like in college or somthin its not the pros like nba ya dig?
why put it out there if you aint ready to go worldwide with it?
if you say talent to an a&r then he thinkin you ready to go, not hey, this cat got potential or we need to keep an eye on this guy, cool nutz and a few other cats have major label
quality music and professionalism, but for some reason it aint took form yet
cats always sayin talent this talent that, the only cat kickin up dust on a national level from the nw is jake one, tell me one other cat from the nw thats on his level,
and to the one sayin you sold 30k in what time period and in what fashion, through a distributor ? one title or five? out the trunk? online? mixtapes?
cus i can tell you this if you sold 30k of one title in one year though a distributor and you have no malor deal or intrest then you sleepin or lying, i know cats that get nice deals after scanning 10k i also know guys that sell 5k out the trunk that nobody has heard of

i WISH i had 30k on one release and much respect to the bosses who do that on the regular.
my sales are all online/trunk over the span of the last 5 years.
4 different records.
highest sales on one specific record is 12k.
so in closing, to think cat's isnt pushing even 2k on their own releases is ridiculous.

the Northwest is like that fresh head of lettuce that just got put on the shelf this morning at QFC with all the other vegetables.. the others (i.e. regions in U.S.) are starting to become stale.. only one place left in this country that's untapped..
AND.. I'd rather be from the most slept on area in the states than be from the Bay & never get more than one video on MTV.. Thizz Ent. needs to stop putting out 300 albums a year too.. talk about oversaturation.

^^ Never get more than one video on MTV a year? Besides the fact that there have been 10 plus videos from the Bay to get on MTV in 08, even if we only had one, that's one more than yall will ever have. Who gives a damn about who can rap, NW rap has been irrelevant in the big picture, and will most likely remain irrelevant. There is a difference between slept on, and not giving a fuck.
