If you want to start beef striclty over the internet, with no prior reasons, that is just so lame. You think the bloods and cripts in compton argue on the South Cali board then go and shoot it out in the streets? This is exactly why the Northwest has such a wack rap scene. Even if a cd is put out like Crytical Condition that can compete with anything put out independently throughout the whole nation, nobody supports it. You think its this hard in the south to put together a barbeque. I am sure there are beefs down there but they know its not the time or place to take care of it. Could you not set up another time and place to stomp eachother out? My friends have told me about this infighting in the northwest. It is because nobody is doing it big up here and they are all broke so they have something to prove.
Every person I have ever met from Siccness in person, had spoken about stomping me out or beating me up prior to meeting me. Every encounter I've had with someone from Siccness, in person, has been amicable. These are both 100% true statements.
I am on these boards constantly. If you want to call me out after meeting me at a BBQ and sizing me up, then feel free to do so. Hell, maybe we can even organize a Boxing/MMA tournament. But don't fuck up a perfectly good event just so you can brag to your friends about defending your Internet Honor.

The internet is a part of life. Just because you do not see people face to face does not make it some kind of fantansy land. Anyone with any sort of integrity or self respect would conduct themselves in the same way on the internet as they would in real life.

Just look at the rap award shoes such as the source awards at which the majority of people are successful in this business and they still cannot avoid the annual beef, it is a part of life and especially a part of hip hop life. Hip hop is built on rivalries and competition and that is not changing anytime soon.
Really, again what do you say to the fact that the majority of successful rappers who are eating off this shit still funk with one another. 50, proof, TI, lil flip, game, the list goes on.

Go get 500,000 dollars and pay to get your videos and songs in rotation just like every other artist you see and hear on TV and the radio does. Until that happens or somone starts moving enough soundscan units independtly to get noticed by a major nothing big is going to happen.

In every last one of these instances, there are going to be different circumstances and separate expectations. Some people choose not to acknowledge this, and many do so just so they can create internet funk where it does not and should not exist.
On the internet, I use proper English and "speak" for many minutes at a time without interruption (not to mention the fact I have the ability to fact-check and do research BEFORE I speak). If I met someone in real life who only spoke in proper English and spoke for minutes at a time without interruption, I'd probably beat the shit out of them too.
Real life is different. In casual conversation, people don't speak for minutes at a time. I am no different. You see me looking in your eyes, and having your say; and most of the time, i will go off on YOUR TANGENT with YOU, instead of forcing my own topic. That is the type of person I am in real life--I go with the flow.
On the internet, I go with what the topic at hand is. If people want to degenerate things into "I'm better than you!", then we can do that. I don't get into arguments I cannot WIN, and it's not my fault if people get butt-hurt about LOSING arguments.
And that much.......should explain it. The fucked-up thing is, of the dozens of people who read what I am saying and agree, perhaps 0-1 will cosign these truths. Why?
