the webmaster over at Northern ridaz got his fingers cut off in a freak accident with CD burner and hasnt been able to update the site until his replacement surgery is complete..We all wish him the best in recovery and hope all goes well.
Once the 19 hours microsurgery is complete, he should be uploaidng within 48 hours after the last stitch

I honestly think he is busy with his own life and the spare time he used to update the site, he is using to redesign the site. I could be wrong.....
