Donaire is gonna whoop him, Rios aint the same anymore. What weight is this at? I thought Rios was gonna move up cuz he has a hard time making 135

Rios and Alvarado are probably equally skilled with an edge to Rios because he started boxing much younger.
It looks like a toss up, but more importantly it looks like a real entertaining fight.

That being said, I believe Rios has the pressure and determination to win that fight.

Nishioka is a technically sound fighter, with speed on top of that.
I wasn't too impressed with Donaire's last outing. Not that he looked bad per say, but that he should have looked a lot better. The height differential was crazy, but the guy was sloppy as hell. As long as the judges keep it fair and Nonito doesn't land any flash knock downs, Nishioka should edge this one out just by taking advantage of Donaire's flashy jumping in style.

Rios Rd 8 KO.
Alvarado is big and strong, but Rios can take the shots. Rios is sneeky strong. His punches don't look like they hurt, but puts a lot into them without snapping his punches. All his punches are thudding shots that don't look bad, but they really go deep. In all fairness, Rios got outboxed in his last outing. Alvardo isn't Abril though. Alvarado had issues with Prescott, and Rios is by far a greater fighter than Prescott.

I know I'm going off each opponents last fight, which I usually don't like to do, but in this case I think it's valid.

I was going to get tickets. $35 seats in the back, but I might just watch it from home.
Not sure yet.

This will be a great night of boxing. I have to give PROPS to Donaire for finally fighting a threat. Nishioka can become a superstar with a impressive win. Alvardo vs Rios should be a war. Let see if Rios can handle the punching at 140lb. Remember was a beast against guys smaller then him, I don't know if his style will work against better guys. Top Rank and Golden Boy have been making some great free fight cards lately. As a boxing fan I'm very happy.

Rios a slight fave (-160) and Donaire a huge one (-600)

With that being said, I could see upsets on either one of those.

I don't think either of the favorites have looked that good as of late. Both of them can't afford to fight like shit tonight.
