They are closed between 2 and 6 a.m. in California unless you know bossman real well...

I'm sure in some areas they got the liquor dude for this time of night. Just like they got the candy man.

Yeah, same up here. You can start buying brew at 6am. Seeing liq is only sold out of state run stores you have to wait until 10am for that though. I've been turned down for being too drunk at 10am and trying to buy more drink quite a few times since ive been 21.
