I know some of these questions can be researched on google or watever but there are alot of different answers from different people.
Protein - When is the best time to take it....I used to take it before but I felt bloated at the gym so now I take it after. Some sites say both but I dont think I can do all that...I'd be too full...
Creatine - I've also heard both for this too but I usually take it about 45 mins before working out. I mean you need that ATP while you work out right? To help you keep going...
Multivitamins - I never thought bout them before, I might fuck with em if they not too expensive.
NO-Xplode - I heard bout em from my homie at first coz he got it and he was benchin more right away and gained about 10 pounds and was like yo man you gotta get this. But a month or two later hes like nah its some bullshit and too expensive. But still he did put on that 10 pounds you know what I mean? Im thinkin I buy a box gain that 5-10 pounds and keep it there by doing my regular creatine/protien thing...
