DECEMBER 9--A confidential investigation by Los Angeles police and child welfare officials concluded earlier this year that allegations Michael Jackson sexually abused a cancer-stricken boy were "unfounded," according to an internal government memo obtained by The Smoking Gun.

The probe's findings were based, in large part, on interviews with the alleged victim, his two siblings, and the boy's mother. According to the memo, when the child was questioned in February by a social worker assigned to the Sensitive Case Unit of L.A.'s Department of Children & Family Services (DCFS), he "denied any form of sexual abuse" by Jackson and said that he never "slept in the same bed as the entertainer." While not specifically named in the DCFS memo, the 45-year-old Jackson is referred to repeatedly as "the entertainer."

The memo notes that the boy, now 14, and his 12-year-old brother--who also denied sexual abuse--expressed "a fondness for the entertainer and stated they enjoyed visiting his home, where they would often ride in the park, play video games, and watch movies." The pair's sister, now 17, told a social worker that she accompanied the boys on "sleepovers at the entertainers home," but had "never seen anything sexually inappropriate between her brothers and the entertainer."

I seen on the oreilly factor an interview with a proscuter that refused to comment on a set of pajamas that micheal bought for the kid that has semen stains on the left pants leg and on the right arm of the shirt. Bill kept pushin the guy and the guy said i at this time am not commenting on the material evidance of this case. Take it for what it is. but to me NO DA is bringn the king of pop up on child porkin charges without a ace in the hole.

The man has self admitted sleepin in the same beds with children on national tv. He has the same troubled past and emotinol abuse that is consitant with 90% of all convicted pedafiles. I dont see why everyone thanks this is a conspirsey. Hes OBVIOUSLY a troubled man is it really so far fetched that a man with obvious mental issues. and a past constint with most pedafiles would himself molest a child. I think not. If he was jo blow down the street hed been proscuted years ago. if anything his cash and fame has protected him so far if noit hed been in jail years ago

he never admitted to sleeping in the same bed... you've been tricked into believing that by the news. if you watched the show, you would've heard him say he sleeps on the floor. the sister of the boy thats accusing him said she was always there and she never seen nothing happen either. the little boy also said nothing happened himself on that same "national tv" show and again in the report that i just posted.

it doesn't really matter though. even if he isn't found guilty plenty of people are gonna assume it was his money that got him out of it. so he already lost.

I didnt get that from the news. I seen that in the 2 hour docu. on him by the british dude. And he said after the floor comment that on occsaions he has fell asleep in the bed with children while watchin a movie. Im not the type to agree with what i see on the news i know their crooked motha fuckers. example... teh cinn police beatin of that guy. watch the whole 7 min tape and youll see him throw a punch at the officers and lung towards them repeatly. watch the police training video and youll see that the beatin they were layin on him is called a forced pain monover. with in the training video is exatly what the officers did. but all mainstream media will show is a 20 second clip of a guy gettin banged in his head repeditly. that said No DA is going to bring micheal jackson in in handcuffs on a childs or parents word ALONE. plane and simple. for them to have gone this far their is a stain on pjs pics something. Shit youd be hard pressed to get the avg guy accused of molesting a child proscuted with that little edvance. to say nothing about bringin charges on a mulit millionair with millions of fans and a billion news cameras every time they step into court. You honesty think a DA is gonna go threw all that with he said she said testomny only.HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA. Your lost man. None knows what they have on him ITS SEALED AND WILL REMAIN SEALED TILL TRIAL. But i got 100.00 to your 1.00 that says they come with more than he said she said.

i feel you man... i'm not doubtin' that they don't throw hella shit at him. they should. he's been plottin for 10 years...

i know just as much as the next person, but i don't think he did anything like that.

i don't think kobe raped that broad.

and i don't think OJ did it either... lol
