I dont think he is trying to do that "Drake" thing - whatever that is. If you are talking about the switching up to lightweight signing on the track here and there I think that shit is tight. To be honest, a rapper gotta be doing something way different these days to have my attention. Just rappin over a track is played out - a million people doing that shit.

Nipsey dropped some smooth shit and that small percentage of the time he did some different shit was welcomed IMO. Thats what the made album if you ask me.
