I've never heard of a white rapper named Nino from Texas, but you might be thinking of Nino from PKO (San Antonio). He's got a couple of super dope solo albums, a couple of compilations named Playaz Circle and also some mixtapes.
A-Gee's first two albums are dope as hell if you like that smooth 90s Texas sound. He's switched his name to Mikel Knight now so you can find some more albums under that name

the white boy nino looks like he's of mexican heritage. I see he's got a SPM phone call skit too, so he might be affiliated with him. Dunno about him though. I've never heard of him before. I see you can listen to mp3 snippets on amazon. This Deep in the game may be a compilation so you might want to check them first

He still has an unreleased gangsta album with bun-b,paul wall, haystak and some other cats called memoirs of a tx boy. He was planning to just release that album in Japan and not in the US cuz its too different from his new image. Hes on some white boy hick rap now. I dont dig that shit, but hes makin alot more loot than when he was doin gangsta shit. If you heard of the white rapper from austin named Kool Whip who used to be with black n brown, them two are in a group now called the duke boyz. Thats a lil more gangsta style than his solo stuff.
