Let's take a look at various NFC West playoff scenarios heading into Week 16.

The chart, using scenarios run through the ESPN.com Playoff Machine, shows which teams would win the NFC West title based on various outcomes.

The chart assumes a San Francisco 49ers home victory over Arizona in Week 17. The Cardinals' defeat Sunday eliminated them from playoff consideration.

For example, if the 49ers and Bucs win in Week 16, San Francisco can win the NFC West title with a Week 17 victory over the Cardinals, no matter what happens in the Rams-Seahawks game. But if the 49ers and Seahawks both win their final two games, Seattle emerges as the division champ.
