Oakland police say they have seen a graphic mob-beating video making the rounds on Internet file-sharing sites.
The posters claim the video -- which captures a mob beating a woman it believes to be a police informant -- was shot in Oakland.
Police say it has no reports of such an incident and no way of telling if the video was even shot in Oakland.
NBC11 has a copy of the video, but has chosen not to show it because of its graphic content and because there is no way of verifying the poster's claims.
