I'm drivin down to Vegas for New Year's this year... What' the best part of the strip to kick it on as far as the most goin on (bitches flashin titties, biggest crowds, etc.)? Last time I went to Vegas for New Year's was for Y2K, and I posted up by the Paris. Seemed to be the area with the most people that year.
