The Restless I would say it was the breakthrough hit for the mainstream, all cuz he got Dr. Dre as the main producer, Eminem, Snoop, Krs One, Nate Dogg, DJ Quik, Erick Sermon, The Liks... all big names on one album and thats why he went platinum and be all over MTV since Eminem.

But I still dig his older stuff cuz theyre classics to me.

40 Dayz 40 Nitez
& Speed of Life
...but MvsM was the worst one he put out and he admitted he didnt like it either cuz of very weak commercial production and it was not even promoted as much as it should. It was wack! Thats why he left Dre, Em, & Snoop so he can work on his own from now then...

am i the only person on earth who thought man vs machine was x's best material? i liked every song on there. even the choke me spank me shit. i thought his newest one really lacked in the lyrical department and the beats werent all that. then he jacked paris for the edited bush speech idea. ive always been a fan of xzibits continually liking his albums better but this one was a definite step back. there are no standout hits like man vs machine had.
