this is one of the songs ive made recently and just want to get some feedback. im working on a new album that will be out in the summer for those that are interested and i will also be leaking a few more tracks.

I like the down to earth lyrics. Your not bragging like the typical stuff we hear now a days. Your keeping it real & I think if most artist came like that without the typical, "I push dope so I'm ballin'" or "I got guap" etc. it would actually be more acceptable / believable.

Not saying there aren't dope pushers who rap, but most of the real ones are either locked up or they're continuing to incriminate themselves on their songs.

I think music has also reached a point where it's gotten seriously difficult for rappers in general. The demand has grown & matured where people just want a good song. And that's what separates the, "I always keep it real in my songs." To the actual artist out there who know how to really be creative.

@ gemini thanks. this is actually the first song ive written since like 2009. i used to just buy a couple 32 oz beers and throw on a beat and just spit whatever till the song was done but i recently stopped drinking since new years which is the longest ive gone without a drink since i started drinking heavily in 98. so now i can actually sit there and write a song so hopefully i find some motivation to write some more shit cause i havent been feeling like doing shit lately. lol
