anybody joking on Tec-9 or UNLV doesn't truly understand the role they played in pioneering the N.O. sound, without the semi-successful early UNLV cds, Cash Money wouldn't have been around in the late 90s, and while I'm not a fan of his new stuff, Lil Wayne would have never had the opportunities he has had, granted he was bound to have some success
