Some of the lines in the lettering look kind of shaky, but the actual outline for the state looks good. Might look better when you're done, as long as you don't ''fill it in'' with nothing but your pasty skin and leg hair.

I went to a person with tattoos this time. Better studio, Better quality, Better pricing. The one guy did my friends half sleeve while other dude did my shit. Oriental tattoo artist are bullshit.
