I know that anything called gangsta rap must be taken with a grain of salt but check this out.....The 1st time I read OZONE there was a letter in it from a chick who just happened 2 know Plies and this was 2 or 3 years b4 he was signed 2 any label he was still local. The chick said he was a lame, ain't never sold no dope, never been 2 jail, never robbed nobody and that it was his brother Big Gates who was doin all that street shit not him. The ehn his 1st album came out I asked a couple peoples from Fl and the 1st thing they said was "Plies ain't even allowed in Lee County" lol

Not interested. His sound just aggrevates and often enrages me. And I consider myself a fan of a lot of different types of music. He sounds like a douche-bag on every song.

I don't give a damn how "gangsta" that shit is, if you went to college then you certainly can't be rappin about some "gangsta" shit. That gangsta era was back in '93-'94. Plies first album(real testiment) was decent his second album (definition of real) was complete trash but that last one(da realiest) was on point and his best album so far.
