New KOTOR?

I googled it and all i can find is "rumors", and then websites disclaiming the rumors.. So does anyone know w'sup? When is BioWare gonna release a next-gen knights of the old republic? I would've rather had a brand new KOTOR then The Force Unleashed anyday.

they are working on a star wars mmorpg right now based on loosely on KOTOR gameplay. i think it will be years before we see another KOTOR on a console,if ever. bioware just has so many projects these days

I was wondering.. Does BioWare even own the rights to KOTOR anymore or is it still obsedians? If BioWare dosnt even own the liscence then it'll probably never happen.. I know EA bought out BioWare tho, and EA's all about makein its money, so it'd be stupid of them not to have BioWare make another KOTOR.


And fuck some MMO, i want a KOTOR 3!!!

I know not too long ago a company was working on a new SW game. However, the project was shelved but they went ahead and posted gameplay, concept art, etc. I either saw it or IGN or Gamespot like 2 months back but you'll know it when you see it.

If a KOTOR 3 was in the works i doubt it'd ever be "shelved."

KOTOR 1 sold hella, and got a lot of awards, includeing RPG Of The Year if i'm not mistaken

Just finished replaying the 1st one and currently replaying part 2. Wouldn't mind seeing a Kotor 3.

I'm on my 2nd play thru on the 1'st.. I didnt even bother playin the 2nd one after i beat the first, i was so hooked on #1 i started all over pretty much right when i finished it.. I think ima take the 2nd one back tho, cuz its the 360 version, and i wanna try playin KOTOR 2 on the p/c.

If you read you'll see I said " a game." I didn't know what the hell the game was I just knew it was a SW game, and don't think for one second a studio will do a sequel to a popular game. Other shit comes into play besides popularity.

If someone tells you from the gates that they don't know the name of the game being shelved, goes and find the game, and instead of telling you the name of the game posts a link to where you can read about said game and any game that may be remotely related to the brand/I.P., why then do they need to read their own link? Wouldn't the fact that they told you they don't remember but posted a link giving the title of the game cause your motor and cognitive wheels to turn?

And no one said or implied they did shelve a KOTOR sequel. What was stated was a SW game was shelved. Do you understand the difference?
