if a little kid did that shit i think thats cool, good chance thats what it is and its respectable to use your fans art, theres a parallel between artists and musicians.. i got a thing about cover art tho, kinda on a belief that your cover art speaks alot about your music...if its a weak cover i expect the music to be around the same...i think at this point in HD's career he needs to take shit like covers a little more serious but once again i think the initial idea of using your fans work is a great idea, it just fell short
i got the album and ill listen to it a little later and see if its any good aint really liked most of HD's shit lately so i cant say im expecting to think its great

the album art for smigg dirtees #dirtee in the background is dope to me also IMO...imeventually doing some shit for my dude smigg as well whenever we get a chance to talk it out
at the end of the day i dont think this thread woulda got to 3 pages without it...so all talk is good talk in msg board worlds

edit: off topic unrealated to the convo above and just in general... i just opened the album and looked at the cover...hahahahaha so bad...i cant get over that shit im sorry..bruh did that shit with crayon and colored markers no shading whatsoever..but i feel like i could be talkin about a 13 year old fan on his first few figure drawings so lemme quit it..not fair for me to be talkin shit after goin to a expensive ass art school and drawing for the last 25 years

yal really goin ham over this cover...aint that serious. i see it as some grimey street shit..he wasn't even trying to be professional or a perfectionist when he picked it..thats his style, HD doin what he do..keepin it grimey. the cover fits his style

an artist himself may be a little more critical of it in comparison..i think it works like that with almost any trade hobby art or sport..showed one of my homies the cover he started laughing..aske dhim if he wanted a copy and he was like 'ill pass'..it may be a turn off to some, others it wont be. msg boards are build for discussions yafemi
somewhere across the world a person eats giant tree worms and finds nothing wrong with it....meanwhile another person would throw up at the idea of eating it....life is full of differences....
i like the music on the album so far, havent listened to it all but skipping around it has some slaps..better than quite a few albums i heard him drop lately...first listen i like it better than the lil blood album
Beats make or break HD's music to me...if the beat dosent slap hes doomed
all the talk adds posts and views on the thread therefore gives him a better chance of the album getting listened to or bought in the long run. its a good thing regardless of like or dislike

pain, 61, start a convo, come back, no info, in the morning and bearfaced conglomorate are my fav songs right now....some of the other songs are like okay but not notable...a few songs may grow on me with some extra istens ill prolly throw it on my phone for the aux port
