my boy heard this new (he thinks) brotha lynch song on 102.5, he said the hook is something like I'M FROM NORTHERN CALIFORNIA (WHERE I'M FROM?) I'M FROM NORTHERN CALIFORNIA..anyone know this song? thanks

Your boy was right, it is a Lynch song. Sounds very similar to Big Rich's hook though.
I remember a part that goes:

"I'm talkin bout 49ers and Raiders, A's and Giants, Warriors and Sac Kings, it's a Norcal thing"

It was in SICCTUNES earlier this year.
