subcompact .40, i was thinking of one of those, but wahts the recoil like? what about when you bust the whole clip, is the rise you get with some of the lighter glock 9s where when the gun starts to get lighter as the bullets weighing the bottem empty out and make your accuracy go a bit off as you near the end of the clip, is that less profound with the subcompact?

what kind of clip, 8 shots?

Recoil is nice, and the weight distrubution is good. As you get to the end of the clip, it does lighten out a bit which can throw the accuracy off, but not too bad. I took it to the range this weekend and ran through about 10 clips between me and my brother. 9 shot clips.

Yeah, I'm applying for my conceal and carry license. You can't even notice it under my coat with my holster.

a little due to shorter barrel. This one shot clean, although I didn't fire at targets at a long distance, mostly 10 - 25 yards at the range this weekend.

Go down to your local city hall and they should have all the information on what you need to do. It varies from state to state I believe.

I agree, the grip on the glock is not the best, but the subcompact .40 fits perfectly in my mit. I checked out a couple Heckler's while I was there and nothing really jumped out at me.
