NEW APT.3 ARTWORK

[Mr. Illmannered]

This is a statue ( maquette for a technical name ) that I made of our company skull character logo. It is made from a wire armature and covered with a clay like compound called "Super Sculpy".

Yeah I still have a few details to work out then I bake it until it hardens and primer it, then paint over the primer.

Feben - Im not really sure. I go to school for animation and that's one of the areas we cover. You may look under key word Maquette. Im going to try to post up more of my stuff as in pen and ink drawings and charcoal stuff. Ive also done cover pics and logos for Nickatina, Smoov-E and Young Ed.

Is super sculpey cool to work with? I heard premo sculpey is the best but do you know if there are any major differences other than it coming in color?

Juan - yeah its cool, you just have to warm it up in your hands and that gets tedious.
