IMO ap9 is tha only mob figga that doesnt sound generic & boring...but tha last time i heard him spitt hard on a tite beat was on Hollow Tip's Taking No Shortz Vol II, & his solos & group albums have been a real disapointment. a victim of sub-par beats if ya ask me. plus sometimes his rapps are on some superficial materialistic shit, & i'm not feelin that. i wanna hear him on more beats like "why?"
