Need to find good photoshop Tutorials

Ok i have begun to design Mixtape covers but they still lack the professional look u see on cover on main sites etc. I was wondering if someone knew anywhere on the net where i could get some tutorials tips and pointers about designing mixtape covers...I will post one of my sample covers below:
