Has anyone read the book and seen the movie?....if so what are the differences between the two. thanks you in advance.

All I know is that there's hedges shaped like animals and they walk around the hotel, near the maze, sorry I dont know anything else

I don't know the difference between the two, because I never read the book. Just saw the movie.
