Need help FAST!!! spyware!!

This piece of shit faulty program landed on my comp called"antispyware soft" and Im trying to remov it asap!!

I'm in safe mode with network what should I do to get rid of it?

I use teh google and says it's a powerful rogue or sumshit? And manual seems hard, any way to do it ASAP!!!!!

adaware or malware bytes thats the only thing that has worked for me in the past. Unless you want to "pay" for an antivirus.

So now it won't let me go on the Internet with any of my browsers

google chrome which I use
neither with I.E and I tried safari

it says page page in available!!! WTF!!!!

And malware bytes got rid of that spayware
