i have a major virus on my computer and the norton guy said that in order to use the tools to clean my computer myself, i need to know what the name of the virus is thats fuckin me up..i read the steps on how to clean the computer, i just dont know how to find it..

i dont know i dont have norton, but u can go on pcpitstop.com and do a virus scan for free and it will tell u what virus u have.
