i was wondering if someone can create a "The City" Type of Logo

Using this as the Image inside of the circle and the wording possibly also "The Town" or "No Town" havent decided yet

I need it big enough to go on a shirt and how much will it cost me? thanks

I can make a nice vector out of it (a vector is a high quality file that can be blown up or shrunken without losing ANY quality)

here are some examples of my work. i do not do any actual printing, but i know a few well respected print companies that specialize in shirts.
