I dont know of a single person who buys sports games and cares who's on the cover....with the exception of madden and people who dont want theirbest player on their team on the cover because of the "curse".

Marketing might matter with shoes, but I dont think it crosses over to video games. 2k has somehthing better than marketing on its side.....good gameplay!
