NBA 2K7 or NBA Live 07

Which one should I get? I've heard 2K is better - is that true, and why?

2K7 is Waaaaaaaaaay better. Live plays like shit. Live looks like shit.

Trust me, when a game has an achievement for having 1,000 people online at the same time, and NOBDOY has the achievement, you know the game sucks, especially a basketball game.

I've played both games, and IMO, I recommend 2K7 since it has better graphics and it's more realistic. i was a fan of Live06 with all of the playmaker shit, but Live07 went over board. I was expecting a lot out of Live07 but it didn't live up to my expectations.

I can't wait for 08 to come out.

ONLY THING I DONT LIKE ABOUT NBA 2K7 IS THAT THERES NO 3-POINT SHOOTOUT OR SLAM DUNK CONTEST. THOSE ARE SOME KOO ACTIVITIES THATS IN LIVE. ehhh, I can dunk on the AI ALL DAY with Kobe on HOF difficulty.

Anyway 2k7 is by far the better of the two. I dont think i would ever buy another NBA Live game. The only thing 2k7 is misisng, as someone else already pointed out is All Star weekend type things. The Dunk contest WAS pretty fun on Live
