where can I DL some without jumping thru hoops? Is there such a site. Im sick of the click this, vote that, do this and then not even be able to DL anything cuz they say you havent done something right.

dawg i suggest downloading bunch of them off Kazza...

u can download big packs of them on kazaa...
and they work..
thats how i got lots of my n64 roms..
and other games..
not sure about a site..its hard to find a site you can trust...

yeah, the best way to get roms is kazaa or Shareaza.

in shareaza theres an option to search for roms, like music/videos/pictures n' shit, so thats probably the best 1.
