The album is great from start to finish it was a really slept on by most people cause of the Label and little promotion but the album is slumpin from beggining to end.

Yup. I've paid full price for every 40 Ounce release I have (the only exception was Latino Velvet's CLIQUE, which I found used, but in great shape, for $8.99), and can honestly say I got more than my money's worth every time. Looks like that should be the case with HIGH CALIBER, too.

It had plastic around it yes... As far as I know it was new, but I guess it could've been resealed. I don't remember if it was sealed with the sticker.

Tight album, I still think Golden State is N2DEEP's best though...
