No offense man but if you have to ask questions like that, you by far are not ready to open a studio.

The #1 thing a studio needs is people who know what the fuck they are doing! Having good equipment is one thing but if you don't have the experience to go with it, it's basically just a waste.

What you said was: "when my album drops Ima open a studio I have a list of what im gettin but what alll should a good studio have (i mean like what kinda records, production stations, ect."

That doesn't sound like someone who is ready to open a studio. It doesn't even sound like someone who knows what they're talking about it because people that do, don't usually ask questions like that.

Anyways... My answer is the best answer to your question regardless... Go soak.

Thug-C I think you're missing SWI's point completely.

Go soak = Learn

If you're gonna ask a broad question like that you're gonna get a different opinion from everyone. Learn for yourself, and go to your local music store and try the equipment out. If you haven't even formed any opinions on music equipment, then most likely you don't know enough to run and take care of a studio properly.

It's a shame on this board alot of cats don't do say what they mean. Basically thug-c I see you trying graphics (decent), rapping (havent heard u), now your trying to run a studio etc. My advice is choose a field and go with it, be special in somethin not just another muhfucka in everything. Make some money take some classes, practice or whatever but there will be people who will tell you what you wanna hear to satisfy you, but the truth is you need to read your own posts dog and look at the type of reputation your gaining.

lots of things you can buy
Id suggest lookin at all your equipment find your
weakest link and buy something better there.

Dont buy a MOTIF if you have a TRITON

If your beats sound clean but the vocals sound garbage
You might want to check into a mic or where and how you have your mic set up

dont buy something just cause you want to buy something

now what i mean
