1) "Do it Moving"
This track gets the album started in the right direction with a tight ass beat by Mike D as both V. White and G Stack rip up the mic. The hook is good and the verses are on target with a tight beat. This song is tight as fuck, one of my favorite songs on the album. I'm feeling this one to the fullest. Knocc it loud!

2) "Holla at Yo Boy"
Another tight ass beat, this time by T Minus LA. G Stack and V. White come tight on the mic again on this one. I like G Stack's delivery a little more than V. White, but both are tight as fuck! Another one of my favorite songs on the album. Feeling this song to the fullest.

3) "Ride Wit Me" ft. Tyme, Dolla Will, Bathgate, Askari X, Harm, Chris Lockett
Moobetta lays down a pretty good beat, but not as good as the first two tracks. The flows on the mic are good for the most part. A few features on this song, but all come hard on their verses. A bit of a slower pace to it than the first two songs. I'm not feeling it nearly as much as the first two, but there are some solid flows on the mic. I think it's that I'm not into the hook and that's why I'm not feeling it as much. Still a decent song, I like the mic work a lot.

4) "That's Gangsta" ft. Casual, Harm
An old school R&B type of beat from T Minus LA on this one. Harm does the hook, but I'm not feeling him much. Casual has the first verse and spits a good one. V. White and G Stack come hard on their verses too. A coo laid back type of song to me. Not feeling it as much as some of the other songs on the album, but it has its good parts.

5) "Dis-O-Bay" ft. E-40
My favorite song on the album right here. The beat by D Dre is tight as fuck and just has a perfect sound with all the background instruments and the knoccin beat. The Delinquents come with some fast paced tight as fuck flows and then E-40 spits a tight ass verse. This song is some tight shit. I'm feeling this one to the fullest, this song is worth getting the whole CD for. Tight shit from 40 Water and The Delinquents.

6) "Cum Wit Me" ft. Father Dom, Harm
Again I'm not feeling Harm at all. T Minus LA does the production on this one, but I'm not feeling the slower paced beat. They just talk about some girls. Not really my flavor of song style. I'm not into this one at all.

7) "Yay-O"
Back to another tight song right here. Sonny B lays down a tight fast paced beat to get things started. The hook is tight as fuck, it's what I'm feeling the most about this song. The verses are cool too, but the hook is my favorite part. Another tight ass song right here, I'm feeling it to the fullest.

8) "Mobb Niggaz" ft. Chris Lockett, Harm
More Harm on this one and again I think it could have gone without him. E-A-Ski puts down a good beat that has some nice background instruments to it. The Delinquents and Chris Lockett come hard on their verses, but I think they should have left Harm off of the track. A good song though, would have been better without Harm.

9) "Everybody II" ft. Keak Da Sneak, Rythm & Green, Steady Mobbin, Bolder, Tha Whoridas
Mike D lays down another good beat for this song with some nice guitar work in the background. The flows are pretty good for the most part. Keak Da Sneak makes for a good feature near the middle of the song. A solid song overall, I'm feeling it.

10) "In tha O at Midnite" ft. Bathgate
A solid beat by D Dre, nothing extra special like his last beat, but it's still good. The Delinquents come with some good mic work on this like most of the album. Bathgate comes with a good verse too. I'm feeling the hook a lot on this one. A good song overall, I'm feeling it.

11) "Bad D"
Mobetta lays down a solid beat for this song. The only thing I don't like on this song is the hook. The verses are solid and the beat is tight, but I'm not feeling the chorus at all. It's still a solid song overall though.

12) "Boom Ba Boom" ft. Too $hort, Harm
Again this one could have done without Harm, in fact it would have been perfect without him. The beat by CD is tight as fuck and the Delinquents and Too $hort come tight on the mic, it's just I'm not feeling Harm at all. A solid song overall, could have been better though.

13) "You"
A very interesting beat to say the least done by T Minus LA. I don't know how you would classify the beat really, it's not really a hip-hop sound to it, but it has a hip-hop beat to it. In any case the Delinquents have some solid mic work and a good chorus. I'm not really feeling it because of the production though.

14) "Thug Life" ft. Choppa Sann
A slower type of beat on this one by CD. The Delinquents lay down some good vocals on their verses. They talk about that thug life they live. The chorus is solid and fits well with the production. A good song overall, I'm feeling it.

15) "Get Work" ft. CD
Another beat by CD on this one and he lays down a pretty good one. CD does a good job as a feature for this song. The beat is perfect and gets your head going as you take in V. White and G Stack's flows. A solid song overall, I'm feeling it.

16) "Balance Da Game" ft. Too $hort
Another good beat by CD for this song, with a catchy little feel to it. The Delinquents and Too $hort come tight on this one. Too $hort comes with a good verse on this one. A tight song overall, another one of my favorite tracks.

17) "Town Business Part 1"
The title track is produced by Sonny B who lays down a good beat. The Delinquents talk about their music, Oakland, and the game. Just spittin some town business on this one, I'm feeling it to the fullest.

18) "Mr. Blank"
Another good E-A-Ski beat for this song. It has a slower pace to it and takes a little while to really kick in. V. White and G Stack come tight on this solo song. A solid song overall, I'm feeling it.

19) "Luv 2 Love U" ft. Nate'
One of those slow sentimental songs right here. T Minus LA handles the good beat. Some sweet female background vocals on this one. The flows are solid by The Delinquents. A nice mix of R&B and hip-hop. I'm feeling it overall.

20) "Red Wine" ft. Askari X
This is an Askari X solo song as a little bonus. Twelve does the tight beat for this one. Askari X comes with his hard ass style and hardcore lyrics. A tight little bonus song to finish the album with, I'm feeling it.

Overall this is a very tight ass album. This definately ranks in the top ten of the releases of 2003. The Delinquents again bring heat to the mic with a some tight ass production to go along with it. The features were pretty good for the most part, I would have liked to hear a few more solo songs though. The production was very tight, there were about six songs that just banged! The Delinquents put it down on this album, I'm feeling this release to the fullest. Get this album with the quickness.

Overall Rating = 5/5
