1) "We Gangstas" ft. The Game
A nice solid beat by Sean T who produces the entire album for himself. He has a good style on the mic with some good lyrics and a good delivery. His voice is alright, nothing special to me, but I definately like the lyrics he puts down. The hook by The Game is alright, but it's nothing special. This is a pretty good song to start the album off with I'm feeling the production and mic work by Sean T.
2) "Want War" ft. Young Noble, A-Wax, Eddie Projects
More good production on this song. Young Noble starts it off with an ok verse. Sean T has the second verse and spits a good one. A-Wax has the third verse and comes alright. Eddie Projects has the final verse and spits a good verse. Sean T and Young Noble collab to make the chorus. A good song overall, I'm feeling it.

More solid production for this song. Sean T comes smooth on the mic with a good flow. He mixes up his lyrics well using a lot of as and likes. The hook to this one isn't all that great, but I'm loving the beat and the verses. I would have like to hear more solo songs like this one on the album. A tight ass song overall, I'm feeling it to the fullest.

Another tight cut right here. Sean T laces up the productin with more heat. He brings the heat on the mic too with some solid lyrics. He talks about thinking about what he should write on the mic. Some good lyrics on the mic and a solid delivery to make it worth listening to. A tight song overall, I'm feeling it.
5) "What is It" ft. Ten Dolla, Balance, Seam
One of my favorite songs on the album. The production is pretty good for the most part, but I'm feeling the lyrics the most. Balance comes first and he brings the heat with a tight flow. I think Balance is going to blow shit up for the Bay, he just has that perfect flow that would fit well with the radio. Ten Dolla comes cool on his verse and Sean T comes hard on his verse too. The hook by Seam is cool too. A tight song overall, I'm feeling it to the fullest.
6) "Get Ya Heads Up" ft. Terror
Sean T needed to take Terror off of this song. It would have been perfect without Terror with his reggae style on the chorus. Sean T brings the heat with a tight beat and some sweet flows on the mic, but I'm not feeling the hook at all. A tight song minus the hook.
7) "Damn" ft. E-40, Keak Da Sneak, Biaje
I thought this song would be better than it is. The beat has a good pace to it and has a bit of a E-40 type sound to it. Sean T laces up the first verse with a good one. The second verse by 40 Water isn't all that great. Keak Da Sneak comes with a good verse, but I really thought this song was going to be better than what it is. Biaje does the hook with some nice vocals. 40 really dissapointed on this song, however it's still a good beat with some nice verses by Keak and Sean T.
8) "Off Top" ft. Papoose, Mr. Sandman
This is supposed to one of the two hit songs, but I think there are harder songs than this one by far. The production gives it a good pace, but the beat isn't that great. Sean T laces up the first verse. Papoose and Mr. Sandman come good on their verses too. It's a solid song, but I think there are much better ones than this one.

Sean T talking about getting with the ladies on this one. I'm not feeling the beat that much though. The chorus could have been better too. Sean T puts down some good verses, but it's just not my type of track. I'm not feeling this song much.

A nice recovery with this song. A good beat to get things started. Skip has a good verse to start the song with, he also lays down some nice vocals on the hook. Sean T has the second verse and spits a good one. Biaje has the final verse and also spits a good one. A pretty good song overall, I'm feeling it.

A good beat for this song. It has a slower pace to it. It's one of those sentimental type songs. Sean T talks about some of those he's lost, how he's hungry for the cash to stay alive. A pretty good song overall, I like the beat a lot and Sean T has some good flows on the mic.

The beat isn't all that great for this song. Sean T on the hook isn't very good the way he delivers the lyrics. The Game shouldn't have been put on this one either, I'm not feeling his verse. Sean T's verse is good. Blue Chip has a good verse to finish the song with. A decent song overall, I wasn't into much.

A good beat that gets your head moving. This one has a cross between a dark song and a laid back song. Sean T delivers the heat on the mic with a good paced flow. I like the chorus a lot for this song too. Sean T just bringin that tight shit on the microphone, I'm feeling this one to the fullest.

The beat is good, but they needed to take out the sampled sounds in the background. Sean T comes hard again on the mic. Simon and Cise each have a good verse. Sean T laces up the chorus with some good flows too. This is a tight song except for the little sampled background singing. I'm feeling it though, a good song.
15) "Party With Us" ft. Mac & A.K., Baby Trina
The bad part is the hook with some poor background vocals by Baby Trina and Sean T, however the rest of the song is tight. The beat is solid and Mac & A.K. and Sean T come cool on the verses. It just needed a better hook to make it better. I'm feeling the verses, not the hook.
16) "Makin' Me High" ft. Prohoezak, Mr. Kee
A decent beat to get things started. It has a slower pace to it. Mr. Kee starts it off with a cool verse, although I think he would fit better on a faster paced beat. All three do the hook together. I'm not feeling Prohoezak at all. I don't like his delivery. Sean T has a good verse. I'm not really feeling the pace of the song though. Not really into this one.
17) "Terrain Talk" ft. Mr. Sandman, Roddy Bo
A much faster pace to this song and I'm liking it a lot more. Mr. Sandman comes with a solid verse and Roddy Bo has a decent verse. Sean T laces up a good verse and handles the chorus too. A good song overall, nothing really outstanding, but a good song nonetheless.

A decent song overall, nothing that stands out to me, but a solid song to bump.

Mississppi does some background vocals on this one. Sean T laces up some good production to get things started with this slow paced throw back type of beat. It has that R&B, Soul type of sound to it. Sean T talks about loving and being with a girl. A nice change in style compared to the rest of the album, but I'm not really feeling it cause I don't usually listen to music like this. A good concept, but personally I'm not into it.

A nice faster paced beat to this song. Sean T starts it off with a solid verse. Ghazi and Furious come good on this one too. All three have solid mic work as the beat knoccs in the background. I'm feeling this song a lot more than the last few songs. A good song overall.
21) "Papa" ft. Elijah Hemy
A good song to finish the album with. Sean T talks about his grandfather. Elijah Hemy does some background vocals, but the rest is all Sean T talking about how much he misses his grandfather. One of those soft sentimental songs. I'm liking this song a lot Sean T really does a great job of mixing good vocals with an appropriate beat. A very good song to finish the album with.
Overall this was a pretty good release from Sean T. It got a little bad near the end, I found myself skipping through the tracks a lot, but the rest of the album is pretty good. There were really only two things that should have been done to make it better. He should have had more solo songs and he should have cut out about three songs. If he would have done that it would have been a really, really good album. Sean T proves again though that he can produce some of the tightest beats to be coming out of the Bay. His mic work isn't as strong as his production, mostly because of his delivery, but I do like the lyrics he delivers. It's a pretty good album for the most part, not the best release of 2003, but definately a solid release worth your money if you buy it.
