1) "Intro"
The intro is an interview E-A-Ski is having. He talks about some early work he did awhile back. Just the introduction to the album with an interview. He also talks about how people never knew he was a rapper and not just a producer.
2) "Answer Me'
A good start to the album with this song. The beat is clean. All songs on this album are produced by E-A-Ski except for "Who U Wit" and "Freestyle." He has a bit of a slow paced flow on this song. He comes with good lyrics and a good delivery. I like the hook too, a coo song overall.
3) "The Format" ft. MC Ren, CPO Boss Hogg
E-A-Ski lays down a clean beat for this one. MC Ren starts it off with a coo flow. I like the hook a lot too. COP Boss Hogg has the second verse and also does the hook. He comes with some good lyrics, although I'm feeling MC Ren and E-A-Ski more. E-A-Ski lays down some nice vocals. I'm feeling this track to the fullest.
4) "The Manuscript"
Talking about putting it down for the Bay Area, E-A-Ski puts it all on the table on this song. He talks all about how the Bay Area gets no love at all. He goes into a lot of detail of how the Bay gets no respect and the East Coast gets all the radio play. A tight flow, a good hook and E-A-Ski putting down some of the realest lyrics I've heard in a long time.
5) "Much Real"
A coo beat for this song. E-A-Ski has some good lyrics on the mic, although I like his delivery on other tracks a bit more. I like the hook for this song too. A solid song from start to finish, I think an appearance would have suited this song nicely.
6) "Interlude"
More of the interview here. He talks about what he thinks of the radio music. He talks about how music on the radio just sucks today. He says that people get programmed to what execs put on the radio and tv. Some real talk from E-A-Ski.
7) "Who U Wit" ft. San Quinn
This is the song that they have been playing on KMEL lately. San Quinn puts it down for San Francisco and E-A-Ski puts it down for Oakland. I like E-A-Ski's verse better than San Quinn, but I'm feeling both to the fullest. A tight ass song overall, I'd like to hear the same verses on some E-A-Ski production though. A tight song overall.
8) "Showdown" ft. Montell Jordan
A clean beat to get things started. E-A-Ski puts it down on the verses while Montell Jordan handles the hook with some nice vocals. A perfect mix of rap and R&B for this song. I wasn't feeling this one the first time I heard it, but the more I listen to it the more I like it. A tight ass song overall.
9) "Ooh Ahh" ft. Yukmouth, Richie Rich
I'm not feeeling Richie Rich that much, but Yukmouth and E-A-Ski come nicely. Yukmouth starts it off with a coo verse and the beat has a good pace to it. The hook isn't that great. E-A-Ski has the second verse and puts down some nice lyrics. Richie Rich finishes it off, but I'm not feeling him. A decent overall, not my favorite choice, but still cool though.
10) "Northside Riders" ft. B-Legit
This beat really fits B-Legit's delivery perfectly. B-Legit starts it off with a coo verse, then E-A-Ski comes in with some tight flows. The hook is coo. More of E-A-Ski repping the Bay Area. He talks about the Bay being better than LA and southern Cali. A tight song overall, I'm feeling it.
11) "Interlude"
This is a part of the previous track, there is only 16 tracks, not 17, this one is another part of the interview. He talks more about his music.
12) "Gangsta Funk" ft. E-40, B-Legit, CPO Boss Hogg
More of a party type beat with this song. E-A-Ski starts it off with a coo verse. I like the vocals on the hook a lot. CPO Boss Hogg has the second verse, he comes coo, but not as good as the other three. Back to another E-A-Ski verse where he rips some more good flows. E-40 has the next verse and spits some coo lyrics. Back to another E-A-Ski verse. B-Legit finishes off the song with a good verse. A tight song overall, a lot of good lyrics from start to finish. I'm feeling it to the fullest.
13) "Freestyle"
A short song with some good mic work from E-A-Ski. He talks more about how the Bay is better than East Coast rap. He talks about some East Coast rappers and how the Bay Area DJs aren't helping out Bay artists. A coo song overall.
14) "Blast if I Have 2"
An old school jam right here. A nice old school beat and E-A-Ski puts it down on the mic with an old type of style. A tight song overall, although it's not my favorite. Still a good listen and a nice little addition for the album.
15) "Split Personality" ft. Dr. Dre
E-A-Ski and Dr. Dre flow about having a split personality. E-A-Ski talks about how he turns into Dr. Dre sometimes. Dr. Dre starts it off with a coo verse, I'm feeling E-A-Ski more than Dre, but both put down some nice vocals on the mic. Dre talks about turning into E-A-Ski and E-A-Ski talks about turning into Dr. Dre. A coo song overall.
16) "Now Wut" ft. Spice 1
My favorite song on the album, mostly for the hook by Spice 1. Both he and Ski put it down on the mic to a clean ass beat. Spice starts it off with a tight verse and also handles the hook. E-A-Ski puts it down on the mic too. Just a tight ass song from start to finish, I'm feeling it to the fullest.
17) "Can't Get Enough" ft. San Quinn, Allen Anthony
A coo song to finish the album with. San Quinn starts if off with a good verse. He and Ski make a good team on both of their songs together on this album. Allen Anthony lays down some ok vocals on the hook. A pretty good song to finish the album with.
Overall this was a tight ass album from E-A-Ski. Even though it was a mixtape it was all E-A-Ski production except for two tracks. The appearances were on point and E-A-Ski handled his own on the mic. I wasn't feeling as much the first time I listened to it, but the more I hear the more and more I'm loving it. A tight ass album, pick this up, especially to hear E-A-Ski's real talk about the Bay, the radio and the East Coast. A must get.
