Last time y'all wasnt feelin what i posted.. Which i could understand cuz it was my first attempt and i dont expect to be good at somethin i jus' started haha.. Anyways I got lit and decided to make another tupac contributed peice of work.. Also, ima post up my older peice I did that none of y'all liked too much and if I can get any suggestions or if y'all thinkin im improvin a little bit each try then let me know please.. Anyways this what I got, heres the newer pic i worked on; keep in mind i tried to keep it as simple as possible and i understand the smoke looks sorta phony haha i tried my best on the smoke but it still ended up looking like shit.. Whatever here it is. -

I see.. I remember when I used to fuck around with ps and post shit here people would give such better constructive critisim, not hating but giving me something like "THERES SO MUCH YOU CAN DO." isnt helping much.. Can you be more general or specific ? Or can you link me to some tutorials (specificly one on how to make smoke lol) that'd maybe help me ?? I like to fuck around with this shit when im hella high or on one so any tutorials would be helpfull.. and can anyone tell me how i put text i download off website onto my ps ??

Some help:
-You need to work on your cutting really bad.
-Don't use small pics and enlarge them.
-Don't use default filters.
-To make smoke look for "smoke brushes" on deviantart.com
-To get more fonts put them in your font folder in your control panel.

-Don't use deafualts for anything(filters, text effects)
-Don't use the diffuse filter(thats what you used right?)

yeah the cutting needs work, jus take more time on it... text could use some shading or differant effects....background more transparent so u cant see the digital flaws to it as much... an i'd cut that whole top piece off an put the R.i.p over the graphic next to the pic of Pac.... Jus some of my ideas though

Read about making paths and, making paths into a selection for cutting things out. Read up about Resolution and image quality and also read about matching colors. Another topic to look into is layer effects.

Good luck. I can see you wanna learn and that is the good thing, so dont stop tryin. From what you done so far, you can probably keep learning.

What I did with photshop is I made is a goal everyday to learn 1 new thing. I did and it helped alot.

for better cuts id suggest learning to use the magnetic lasso tool then switcin over to mask mode to use the paint brush to select anything the lasso didnt picc up or erase where it picced up too much then switch bacc to mask mode and copy/paste your selection then you can turn off the baccground layer to see only what was cut......or invert the selection and cut the baccground out completely but its safer to copy past and hide baccground layer in case you need to come bacc to it and cut out again.....

I looked thru all the tutorials and i understand most but im having trouble putting the stuff it says to download into my ps folders.. Idk its weird, but thanks for the help anyways guys.. Maybe ill figure it out if i fuck around with it for a few more hours haha
