LMAO @ my before pic. Well i started lifting the next day after i saw that pic, lol.
I lifted for like a few years na dhad no idea what i was doing. Til like September2001 i figured it out. I went from 169-185 from 97 to the 00. With a few long breaks in the beginning. Now after it hit me, i got up to 216. Granted i need to loose a lil bit of weight to be cut, but i could care less at the moment. I just want to keep my weight up til like april. It took months of writing down every meal, everything i do in a day, formulas, heavy training to get from 205-215 from late october 2002 til right now.
I used to wrestle, but now i just wear the shoes to lift. On leg days they work good cause theyre flat and supportive, same for deadlifts.
LOL dont worry tho i dont snap like that. I only get real pissed off at cans of food and shit, like i opened my car door yesterday and 3 cans of peas fell out and started rolling down the hill. I was like "FUCK YOU BITCHES!!!!" and i got so pissed i wanted to smash the cans. I was running down the hill after them yelling "Imma fuckin kill you mother fuckers" and as soon as i get back to the car, 2 more fell out and rolled, lmao, i got SO PISSED!!!! I dont flip on people, i take it out on dumb cans and shit.
