Are you bulking?

I am also a bodybuilder, i was wondering if this are you pre bulking pictures or your pre-cutting pics. Are you going to get bigger mass wise or get shereded? You need some more width on your back and some thicknes in the chest, you have good arms though. Your legs could use a little size but that is nothing a few low squats can't take care of. Good luck!

LMAO @ my before pic. Well i started lifting the next day after i saw that pic, lol.

I lifted for like a few years na dhad no idea what i was doing. Til like September2001 i figured it out. I went from 169-185 from 97 to the 00. With a few long breaks in the beginning. Now after it hit me, i got up to 216. Granted i need to loose a lil bit of weight to be cut, but i could care less at the moment. I just want to keep my weight up til like april. It took months of writing down every meal, everything i do in a day, formulas, heavy training to get from 205-215 from late october 2002 til right now.

I used to wrestle, but now i just wear the shoes to lift. On leg days they work good cause theyre flat and supportive, same for deadlifts.

LOL dont worry tho i dont snap like that. I only get real pissed off at cans of food and shit, like i opened my car door yesterday and 3 cans of peas fell out and started rolling down the hill. I was like "FUCK YOU BITCHES!!!!" and i got so pissed i wanted to smash the cans. I was running down the hill after them yelling "Imma fuckin kill you mother fuckers" and as soon as i get back to the car, 2 more fell out and rolled, lmao, i got SO PISSED!!!! I dont flip on people, i take it out on dumb cans and shit.

Damn dood your fuckin huge. hey can you gimme some tips on loosing weight? Im at 185-190 depends on If I eat a lot or not. I want to get down to 170. I have a 3 day workout split and cardio I try to watch what I eat also. I Dont drink and soda or eat candy/fastfoods anymore.....I want to get cut up also, should I try that creatine stuff?

lol^ i thought that once.

SNEAK, its all about calories. YOu just got to cut out the uneccesary ones and empty calories. So if you think your eating right, give it some time, cause you (healthily) should loose like 1 pound a week pushing it. Try to hit like a loss of 5 pounds a month while working out.

Try eating meals of 500 calories or less at a time. Also maybe add more fiber to reduce calorie absobtion and keep ya moving thru.

You can cut carbs to drop weight, but youll get a bit tired. All in all tho if you want to loose weight, you got to try an aproach like theis. Caus eonce your body is charged with carbs for energy, the rest will be stored as fat. Plus remember the calorie thing. Cut out the bad ones. Wait til you hit your target weight, then worry about the creatine.

Ill try and think of a few other things for weight loss besides drugs.

Oh yeah one more, eat more slow digesting carbs instead of faster ones.

Seriously right now I dont eat too much. I usually wake up around 9-10 eat a bowl of cereal or oatmeal. For lunch I eat tuna on wheat and chips. For dinner I usually eat whatever the parents made. I do snack a little bit but maybe I should try to write down what I eat so ill have a reminder. Its like I been stuck at this weight for like 1 month or something..

That carbs thing, so your kinda talking about Atkins or keto diet right?

IF YOU WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT, you need to eat a lot more than that.^^^^^^^^^^^

You got to eat more calories than you use in a day, while getting enough carbs (the more active you are the more you need) and enough protein.
